About Kate
Attorney Milligan is a seasoned real estate and estate planning attorney with The Law Office of Nyles L. Courchesne, P.C. She is licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Kate is excellent at spotting issues before they become a problem. As a real estate attorney, she is careful to listen closely to her clients. She wants to make sure that every client's specific concerns and goals are achieved. Kate is methodical and diligent when it comes to setting up her clients for success.

Kate graduated from Boston University School of Law with her Juris Doctorate in 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut in 2007 where she graduated with the highest honors.
Kate is admitted with the Massachusetts and Connecticut Bars, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Kate was the Former Note Editor, the American Journal of Law and Medicine, Boston University School of Law, and is a member of the Hampden County Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association.
