Nyles has taught seminars on Buying and Selling residential and commercial real estate, and Short Sales for Realtors and Brokers throughout Western Massachusetts. He has been an instructor for the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley and has taught the Agent and Broker licensing courses. He continues to teach the continuing education course for credit for Realtors on the subject of Short Sales. In addition to his teaching,Nyles has taken an active role in the continued education of attorneys who practice real estate conveyancing through his involvement as a Board Member of the Hampden County Bar Association, a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, and a current member of the Hampden County Bar Association.
